There is a flat diagnostic fee, quoted when you book and shown on your estimate before any testing starts.
Can I wait while you work?
For oil changes and short jobs, yes. For longer repairs we text you updates and photos.
Do you work on hybrids?
We service most hybrid models for brakes, suspension and maintenance; call to check your model.
Will you call before doing extra work?
Always. Nothing beyond the approved estimate is done without your OK by text or phone.
